Helen Woolf completed a tandem skydive on Sunday 18th November at the amazing age of 87 which is a new record at GOskydive!
This fantastic Great Grandmother and her grandson Ben, both did a tandem skydive for her chosen charity About Face.
Helen moved to Poole and retired from teaching and now volunteers at About Face as well as in the chaplaincy team at Poole hospital. About Face have helped Helen over the last 13 years while she has battled with skin cancer as a result of spending too much time in the sun in her youth. Helen wanted to gain awareness of how serious skin cancer can be and how supportive and encouraging About Face are for direct or indirect sufferers.
GOskydive would like to wish Helen a very Happy 88th Birthday for Saturday 1st December and hope to see her back again before November next year to make the most of her £100 discount for a second jump!
